Questions people ask first

We already have members in a register or Excel. Do we start again?

No. Import your list from an Excel sheet, or add people with just a name and mobile number and fill in the rest when they next visit.

Does it work for a dance or yoga class, not only a gym?

Yes. Batches, session counts, class timetables and holidays are built in, and you can rename the labels to match how you work.

Can my staff see the collections?

Only if you allow it. Finance, reports, discounts and deleting records are separate permissions for every staff login.

What do I need to mark attendance?

Nothing extra to begin with: tap a member's name, or let them scan a QR code. A door keypad or a supported biometric machine can be added later.

Do members have to install something?

No. The member app opens in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen like any other app.
